Labor & Delivery Doula

Helping to make your childbirth experience everything you want it to be.

Labor & Delivery Doula services start at $1,500 and include all of the following:

Pregnancy Consultations

During your pregnancy, we will meet 2-3 times to review your birth plan (or help you form one) to understand your birth-day preferences: location (hospital, birthing center, or the familiar comforts of home)medications (or not!), learn your plan for medications (or not!) determine any other preferences you have for your birth experience.

There are no limits on contact by phone or email throughout pregnancy, labor & delivery, and postpartum. You are encouraged to ask questions and to reach out whenever the need arises.

Labor & Delivery Care

During your labor, I will provide continuous labor support (whether at home, birthing center, and/or hospital) whenever requested with an unlimited number of hours. During your labor, we will work together to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible through various pain management techniques, positions, and comfort strategies. Whether your labor is long or short, I will be there with you. I will be on-call 24/7 for you via phone, text, or email as your due date approaches.

Immediately following the birth of your baby, I provide postpartum care and breastfeeding help.

I am happy to take photos or videos during the labor process and birth of your baby if you desire.

Postpartum Care

Following the birth of your baby, I provide two postpartum home visits and a complimentary meal prepared by Sugar and Spice Bakery.

I am available for continuous breastfeeding support throughout our relationship.

Community

Becoming a mother is often an exhausting journey. I am happy to provide community referrals for additional services from healthcare to house cleaning to help you get the support you need.
